Attendance Bonus

This bonus scheme is to reward employees for good attendance. The maximum bonus for the year is £200 and is paid in December

Annual Sales Increase Bonus

Sales growth is essential to the continued success of the business. Accordingly, a bonus scheme is in place, under which all eligible employees will receive a bonus when sales growth targets are achieved.

We share the company’s successes with you. We pay annually, upon achievement of profit targets, a profit share bonus to all eligible employees

Holiday Entitlement

The holiday year runs from April - May and you are entitled to 31 days holiday increasing to 32 days after 5 years of service

An additional day's leave to be taken on your birthday, or if it falls on a non working day, the closest working day to your birthday

Initiative open to all employees which allows you to purchase a bike, assisting those who may wish to cycle to work

You can purchase items from our depots at competitive prices. In addition, you will receive back 50% of the profit the company makes on each item purchased to be spent in depot

Pension

This is a Group Personal Pension scheme which provides for an income when you choose to retire. Employer contributions increase with length of service

Death in Service

This is made to a nominated beneficiary of your choice. It is a tax free payment of four times your basic annual pay
